LEGO® CITY Explorer with Water Scooter Paper Pack 952309 is a small LEGO City magazine gift/promotional set released in 2023. The set features an ocean explorer minifigure with a compact water scooter (jetski-style) build packaged in an eco-friendly paper bag format.

All of our polybags, paper packs, foil packs and blisters are brand new and sealed in their original packaging. 

These have been removed from magazines and may have creased packets, excess tape and minor damage from where tape has been removed. All the contents remain new and in tact
