Refund policy

We operate 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return items are to be returned in the same condition that they were sent. Missing, damaged or replaced items that are returned will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. We take pictures of the item(s) before they are packaged for proof if required

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bits-and-blocks.co.uk. We may request  additional photos of the item in some circumstances in order to accept the return. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on item returns that are simply a change of mind . We will only cover the cost of standard postage on items that were either damaged or missing.

You will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Its possible the transaction could take longer depending on the payment provider

Returns on Selling your LEGO®

If you have sent us LEGO and you are unhappy with the final offer, want the non LEGO items back or simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept the return at your expense.

The responsibility lies with you for covering the postage fees for your items to be returned. We will not cover any postage fees for returning the LEGO® you have sent us

If you would like your LEGO® returned there are two ways to achieve this

  1.  Send us a prepaid shipping label via a courier of you choice. We will send your LEGO in the same box you sent it in. The dimensions and weight will likely be the same.
  2. We will quote you a price on how much postage will be which then is payable by either Bank Transfer or PayPal

Once either option has been achieved the goods will be dispatched within 24 hours
