Shipping policy
Orders are generally dispatched within one working day of receiving them. This can vary from time to time depending on order volume, public holidays and other situations which may be out of our hands. You'll receive an email update to notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
We offer a standard and express shipping option. Our designated courier is Royal Mail. However, we may use alternative occasionally if a parcel exceeds a certain weight or dimension.
Standard shipping ( Tracked 48 ) provides a 2-4 business day delivery time after dispatch and this is charged at a flat rate of £2.95. All orders over £50 will receive free standard shipping.
Express shipping ( Tracked 24 ) provides a 1-3 business day delivery time after dispatch and this is charged at a flat rate of £4.95.

Shipping information when selling your LEGO®
When sending your LEGO, the box/package cannot exceed the dimensions listed below. The maximum weight cannot exceed 20KG

It is essential that you enter the correct weight of your LEGO® when filling out the form. This helps us determine which is the correct shipping label to send you.
If for any reason the dimension or weight exceed what is permitted for a medium parcel - Royal Mail have the right to issue a surcharge fee. This not only delays the process in which we receive your LEGO® but also means that you the sender is also liable for that surcharge fee.
The surcharge fee will be deducted from the total price when we make you an offer for your LEGO®. Its paramount that your box you send your LEGO® in is under the dimensions specified so that the transition is smooth or without delays.
A printer is required to print out the prepaid shipping label we send you. Please inform us as soon as possible if you cannot print out your shipping label. We will be unable process your order if you cannot print out the shipping label.
If you anticipate that your going to need a larger box due to pieces that may be too big for the dimensions shown, please contact us beforehand so we can arrange an alternative courier which have the capacity for large packages. For this to be possible we would also require the exact dimensions of the box you will be using.
The same applies if you need to split contents in multiple boxes. Please contact beforehand and we can supply additional shipping labels.
